Restarting

Crap. I tried to find my login for the old account and it won't let me in. SO I made a new one and it used my old screen name instead of letting me choose a current one. I might abandon everything and start over.

Starting food journal again

#IF #IntermittentFasting #Carnivore #Keto #OMAD So far so good, not really expecting any big changes or problems. Today's meals were a pound of chuck steak with four eggs and bacon at 2:PM, then my regular salad at 4:PM which is: 1/4 head of lettuce 1 cup sauerkraut 1 cup mixed seed sprouts (clover, radish, broccoli) 1 avocado 4 ounces of canned salmon or cod livers 3 tbsp homemade mayo 2 boiled eggs
